great luxury experience , but slightly unresponsive staff

The spacious guest room offered a fantastic city view, making our stay visually pleasing. The breakfast spread exceeded our expectations, with a diverse selection that catered to everyone in the family. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere at the Mestizo restaurant, where the blend of Panamanian and international cuisine delighted our taste buds.

The service at times felt slow, which could be frustrating when trying to enjoy the amenities.

I had a lovely stay and the spa treatments were just what I needed after a long day of touring the city. Relaxing by the beautiful pool was a highlight, along with enjoying delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. The only small hiccup was a slight delay at check-in, but it didn't really take away from my experience. 🌴

The pool is amazing! Staff were polite and really helpful. Location is quiet but 10 minutes from the city.

Our family had an incredible week here! The staff made us feel like royalty, especially Jacqueline and Berenice, who went above and beyond. The pool views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed relaxing after our busy days. Definitely try the breakfast. the fresh fruit and pastries are a must!

The executive suite offered a fantastic golf view and plenty of space, while the pool was undoubtedly the best in the area. Staff provided exceptional service with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring all needs were met. Breakfast included a wonderful selection of fresh coffee and pastries. However, the hotel's distance from attractions might be a consideration for some, and I noticed the tennis facilities were not up to par.
